The Ubiquitous Green Delay Modeler

The DL4 MkII includes everything in the original DL4 Delay Modeler, while introducing 15 new MkII delays drawn from Line 6’s HX family of amp and effects processors and both 4-Switch and 1-Switch loopers with up to 240 seconds of record time (expandable to several hours using an optional microSD card). There’s also an XLR microphone input, MIDI In and Out/Thru connectors, heavy duty footswitches, three bypass options, and a jack for connecting an optional expression pedal or two additional footswitches. The DL4 MkII is also smaller and lighter than the original, making it an even more appealing choice for modern musicians.

More Than Just a Delay

The Line 6 DL4 MkII Delay Modeler is tailor-made for looper aficionados. It features a simple 1-switch looper and a classic 4-switch looper, both of which yield you up to 240 seconds of recording time. Are you a loop-aholic? If that’s the case, loading a microSD card into the MkII will grant you hours upon hours of recording time that can be stored across power cycles. It can operate in either mono or stereo, and it can be positioned before or after other effects in your signal chain. Beyond that, the DL4 MkII includes an XLR microphone input, enabling you to loop vocals — and more — without resorting to converter cables, mixers, or other external devices.
