The DS Custom Audio Foxxy is a boutique fuzz pedal that puts a refined spin on the legendary Foxx Tone Machine. Hand-built in Germany and loaded with carefully selected NOS Russian germanium diodes, the Foxxy delivers thick, saturated fuzz with vintage soul—and a few modern twists that make it even more versatile and pedalboard-friendly.
Switchable Octave + Dual Tone Modes
What sets the Foxxy apart is its upgraded switching layout. Instead of a toggle for the octave function, the Foxxy uses a dedicated footswitch with LED indication—so you can activate the upper octave on the fly, right from the stage. Whether you’re going for classic fuzz or screaming octave leads, the Foxxy puts both at your feet.
A small I/II toggle switch lets you shift between two tone capacitor values:

Position I uses the stock capacitor for the traditional Foxx sound.

Position II engages a modified cap for a fatter, fuller tone.
Intuitive Controls for Maximum Expression

Volume – Set the output level to cut through or sit back in the mix.

Tone – Sweep from dark and bassy to bright and cutting.

Fuzz – Dial in just the right amount of saturation, from gritty growl to thick sustain.
