Germanium Fuzz With a Parallel Clean Blend
The Monger Pedals Germanium Snake Wine Fuzz is the Snake Wine reborn with a bolder voice, built around vintage NOS 1T313A germanium transistors. Germanium gives you a richer warmth and a more dynamic response than a silicon fuzz, so the pedal reacts to how hard you dig in and cleans up as you roll your guitar volume back.
The tone stack has been re-voiced with a stronger midrange presence, which lets that warmth cut through a mix instead of disappearing into the overly scooped character of the original. The clean blend section was rebuilt as well. More headroom and a redesigned gain stage let your clean signal sit alongside the fuzz rather than fight it, and the new linear taper blend control makes the balance easier to find. Five knobs run the show: Volume, Tone, Fuzz, Blend, and Gain.
This is also the first Monger pedal with soft relay bypass switching, so every stomp is quiet and reliable.
