Return Instructions

STEP 1:

GET YOUR ITEM

Your borrow period begins once you receive your package. Set a reminder when to return your borrowed item(s).

STEP 2:

PREPARE TO RETURN

Place and secure your borrowed item(s) back to the original packaging.

STEP 3:

SHIP PACKAGE

Attach your return sticker on top of the original shipping label and drop your package to your nearest USPS store.

Please return your product on the return date issued to you. A late fee of your total rental cost will be applied if we do not receive a postmark notification on your issued return day.

You can download your return slip from your Backstage pass. We have also included a return slip with your package. Please attach it to the original packaging and return to your nearest USPS store before the end of business day on your issued return date.
